Vexel Systems S.R.L. (CUI 43172808, Reg. no. J2020001330049) is the data controller for the personal data described below, in line with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone (if you fill it in) and message you provide. On your device we also store your language preference (English/Romanian) and your cookie choice - neither reaches us.
If you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics (GA4), which sets a cookie on your device. We use it to see how many visitors the site gets, where they come from, and whether they end up sending a message or writing on WhatsApp - we don't build profiles and we don't sell this data. If you choose "Necessary only", this cookie never loads. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site's local data in your browser.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a project moves forward, to prepare an offer and deliver the work. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
Contact form submissions go straight to our own servers, with no third-party service involved. The analytics cookie described above is managed by Google. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing purposes.
Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our contractual and legal (accounting, tax) obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for data portability. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before that. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data you share with us against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
We may update this policy as the website or our tools change. The date at the top always reflects the latest version.
